Importance of Ayyamul Bidh Fasting (Keutamaan Puasa Ayyamul Bidh)

Bismillahirahmanirrahim. We do not feel that we have been entering middle Hijriyah month. The moon shines with light and no longer ashamed - ashamed to show his face. For some people, it may consider this phenomenon is normal and natural phenomenon day even traveled with mediocrity. Why is this so special about Ayyamul Bidh fast? There are several reasons why this fasting is so important, recommended and considered as special fasting, among others: That fasting has a great reward from Allah, then certainly we as Muslims would be lost if people missed it.
One of The Hadith narrated by by Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, and an Nasai about Importance of Ayyamul Bidh Shaum For Moslem 'Abdullah bin' Amr, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said that : "Do fasting within three days of each month. Indeed, charity is rewarded tenfold, as it is like fasting all the time. "

Ayyamul Bidh Fasting is also considered as that regular fasting (sunnah muakkad), that is the best example we Prophet Muhammad SAW, and he also bequeathed Ayyamul Bidh Fasting to his companions, his followers also:
Abu Huraira reported. Said, "People near me (Prophet Muhammad.) Reminded me of three things: to fast three days every month (Ayyamul Bidh fasting) , two rak'ahs sun is down (Dhuha Prayer) , and the Witr prayer before going to sleep." (Muttafaq 'alaih)
And Also Ibn 'Abbas. said, "Allah's Messenger. never breaking (non-fasting) in Ayyamul-Bidh, either in the home or are on the road. "(Nasa'i hr. Sanad this hadith hasan)
Conclusive Important Lessons about Ayyamul Bidh
Rasulullah SAW highly recommended his ummah to organize fast in three days every month, on which days. The main day of fasting is on day 13, 14, and 15 of the Hijri month, known as ayyamul biid. Some people say that ayyamul biid is day-12, 13 and 14. (Boot the first opinion is the Stronger) This day is called the ayyamul biid (biid = white, ayyamul = day) for the night of the 13th, 14th, and 15th night of full moon shining white because that appears at the moment.

Mu’adzah bertanya pada ‘Aisyah,
أَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- يَصُومُ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ. قُلْتُ مِنْ أَيِّهِ كَانَ يَصُومُ قَالَتْ كَانَ لاَ يُبَالِى مِنْ أَيِّهِ صَامَ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
“Apakah Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam berpuasa tiga hari setiap bulannya?” ‘Aisyah menjawab, “Iya.” Mu’adzah lalu bertanya, “Pada hari apa beliau melakukan puasa tersebut?” ‘Aisyah menjawab, “Beliau tidak peduli pada hari apa beliau puasa (artinya semau beliau).” (HR. Tirmidzi no. 763 dan Ibnu Majah no. 1709. Syaikh Al Albani mengatakan bahwa hadits ini shahih)
Dari Ibnu ‘Abbas radhiyallahu ‘anhuma, beliau berkata,
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يُفْطِرُ أَيَّامَ الْبِيضِ فِي حَضَرٍ وَلَا سَفَرٍ
“Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam biasa berpuasa pada ayyamul biidh ketika tidak bepergian maupun ketika bersafar.” (HR. An Nasai no. 2345. Syaikh Al Albani mengatakan bahwa hadits ini hasan. Lihat Ash Shohihah no. 580)
Dari Abu Dzar, Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda padanya,
يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ إِذَا صُمْتَ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَصُمْ ثَلاَثَ عَشْرَةَ وَأَرْبَعَ عَشْرَةَ وَخَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ
“Jika engkau ingin berpuasa tiga hari setiap bulannya, maka berpuasalah pada tanggal 13, 14, dan 15 (dari bulan Hijriyah).” (HR. Tirmidzi no. 761 dan An Nasai no. 2424. Syaikh Al Albani mengatakan bahwa hadits ini hasan)
